SEMI DRIVER

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day

Typical Hours: 40 hours, Monday through Friday or as required

Travel Required: Daily Local Travel, State of Wisconsin

Description Summary

The semi driver operates a semi transporting equipment to and from specified destinations with flatbed trailers. Often interacting with customers, our semi drivers have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain the client relationships that promote repeat business.

-Daily equipment delivery to specified destinations.

-Secure loads for transit.

-Loads and unloads equipment.

-Verifies paperwork for delivery and pickup.

-Ability to operate semi and load/unload equipment.

-Knowledge of federal safety regulations and traffic laws.

-Maintains logs and records according to DOT regulations as required.

-Maintains and inspects truck’s equipment and supplies to be road ready and safe.

-Notifies needed or predicted repairs.

-Perform minor repairs when needed.

General Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

-3+ years of experience hauling, preferably flat bed/folding tail equipment experience.

-Valid driver’s license with Class A CDL certification and DOT FedMed card.

-Understanding of DOT and FMCSA guidelines.

-18 years or older

-Proficient verbal and written skills.

-Possess basic computer/tablet skills.

HEAVY HAUL TRUCK CLASS A TRACTOR TRAILER DRIVER


Type: 
Full-Time

Shift: Day

Typical Hours: 40 hours, Monday through Friday or as required

Essential Functions

  • Transport cranes and crane components in a safe and professional manner.
  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.
  • Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Must have a Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR.
  • Must have a current Medical Examiner’s card.
  • Must have heavy haul experience.
  • Must have the ability to strap and chain heavy equipment.
  • Must be able work safely around moving machinery.
  • Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Will be required to perform physically demanding work such as crane assembly/disassembly and rigging.
  • Must be willing to work out of town on occasion.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Position Summary

Reynolds Rigging and Crane is seeking a Service Technician & Mechanic – Heavy Duty Truck and Equipment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and part of Local 139 Operating Engineers.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty trucks, vehicles, cranes and other construction equipment.
  • Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed.
  • Reads, understands, and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department, and customers.
  • Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
  • Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background.
  • Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.

Manufacturer’s training will be an integral part of this position. Applicant must be willing to learn new computer, electronic and hydraulic systems, follow safety guidelines as they evolve in our industry, and remain certified within the various portions of our field such as assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.

EXPERIENCED CRANE OPERATOR (CERTIFIED)
Position Summary

Reynolds Rigging and Crane is seeking a certified experienced Crane Operator. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and part of Local 139 Operating Engineers.

Essential Functions
  • Must be able to safely operate complex heavy lift equipment.
  • Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer.
  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.
  • Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
 Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Must have an active certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria.
  • A CDL with an acceptable driving record is highly desired.
  • Experience with rigging is preferred.
  • Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus.
  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
  • Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
